Q2. Can I get Customized Samples?
A2:  No problem! For customized orders, we will charge for creating samples, hardware mold making fees, and rope color matching fees.

Q3. How many colors for selection ? 
A3: There are over 30 ready-made colors available. Alternatively, you can provide us with Pantone color cards for reference and production.

Q4. How long is our production leading time?
A4:  For existing colors, there is no need to customize the phone strap, and the delivery period is 15-30 days after payment. Customizing colors or branded hardware takes 25-40 days. (Might be longer in peak season like September,October,November).

Q5. What is the Payment term?
A5: T/T or L/C at sight. 50% Deposit for start the production ,the balance before the shipment when goods are ready.

A6:  Packing with the carton boxes ,and inside with the pear cotton for protection.
